Idea Definition and Transmition;

Why is a written argument a good way to defend (support) an opinion?
A written argument is especially effective in the support of an opinion because subjective confusion can be refined into a transverse idea. This is more easily done in the scripted method by removing various barriers to mutual understanding systematically. Understanding is defined and filtered by experience. An relevant argument relates the experience of others through facts.

What does the book Writing Arguments tell us about the concept of truth? Cite page numbers for accuracy.
In Writing Arguments, Ramage points out that truth is not such a simple definition. Truth is subjective. The search for truth is the search for what works best for the big picture, out of all available information (pages 10-12).

What is worth arguing about? Cite references to Ramage and tell your own opinion. First person point of view is acceptable in your Journal.
In Writing Arguments, Ramage recommends that readers ground their beliefs firmly in well-rounded, thorough research of all viewpoints of a matter. (page 18).
My opinion is that the argument also needs to be immediately relevant, and have the possibility of a positive outcome. An argument must be applicable.

Why and how is argument both a process and a product?
In an argument, each opinion has a product ideas, and the mutual goal is a product idea. The process is in the integration of ideas produced.

What is the goal of argument?

The goal of argument is to define a truth, or as they call truths nowadays; a plausible theory, or a relatively workable one!

How did previe
wing sections of a book rather than simply reading them help you to understand the material?
This pre-digestion of the most important points in the material allowed better absorption of the ideas supporting information. The ideas being presented first in their skeletal form, in an outline, allowed my thoughts to begin to categorize themselves. Much like DNA in different sections of body functions!
